Steven W. “Skip” Brown, Principal

     Skip Brown worked for PeopleSoft Education Services as a Certified Financial Instructor for three years.  Skip left PeopleSoft as a “Master Instructor” and was recognized as one of the highest achieving instructors in customer satisfaction ratings.  He is one of the founders of Big Idea Advisors, LLC and as such has continued to provide training and consulting services for a number of Oracle and PeopleSoft customers. Skip has extensive experience in training development using a number of different tools including the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK).  Skip has also continued with delivery of PeopleSoft functional courses in versions Six through the current Eight-Nine, to a large number of clients throughout North America. Skip’s experience is well diversified as he has served clients in government, corporations, and educational customers. Currently Skip has been leading the development of training for the County of Riverside, CA for their PeopleSoft Financials 8.8 upgrade.
     Skip’s extensive knowledge of General Ledger, Projects, Query, Accounts Payble, Purchasing, nVision, Crystal and PeopleTools coupled with his engaging communication skills and strong leadership skills makes him a sought after, outstanding functional instructor.  Prior to joining PeopleSoft in 2000, Skip worked as an Implementation team member and instructor for The City of Seattle.
